E-Holistic Health's flat-rate shipping charge is $5.00 for delivery within the contiguous United States. Actual shipping charges are applied to overseas orders, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APOs. When we receive your order we will e-mail you the shipping charges with a revised total. At that time you can choose to accept the charges or you can cancel your order.

Orders are shipped within two postal business days of receiving the order (usually same day), and are either sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service. Both shipping methods have a delivery time of approximately 3 days.

You will never be charged unexpected surcharges, as we do not charge separately for additional shipping on oversized packages. Our flat-rate shipping covers it all, no matter the size!
